CVI understands your need for timely delivery. The estimated time from ordering to shipping is based on availability of the parts that you order. CVI reduces lead-time by maintaining a large inventory of optics in stock. In fact, more than 70% of catalog orders are shipped directly from our extensive inventory. CVI strives for same-day shipping on all in-stock orders received by noon (Mountain Standard Time for FOB Albuquerque or GMT Ex Works Isle of Man). If fabrication of an optic is required, a CVI customer service representative can assist you in estimating the delivery schedule for your order. Address Information A physical address is required for all UPS and Fed-Ex shipments. These carriers are restricted from delivering to a P.O. Box. Telephone numbers, fax numbers e-mail addresses and contact name will help to ensure timely delivery of your package. Other carriers are available to suit your requirements. Shipping costs will vary according to carrier. If you have an account with a particular carrier, and would like to be billed to that account, please provide your account number at the time of ordering.
