Help on the Search capability.
There are two types of searches for the CVI site. Product Code and Keyword Searches. The Product Code search allows you to input a product code and immediately be redirected to the product code catalog page. The Keyword search is an index search of the public site that will provide a list of documents which contain the verbiage that you input. Items to note on the Keyword search “etalon”, “Etalon” and “EtaLon” all provide you will the same information.

Help on the Shopping Cart
The CVI shopping cart allows you to add, update or delete items in your basket. While you are shopping, you can add any part to the shopping cart from the product pages. A new feature in this version of the CVI shopping cart is a direct part number entry box. If you know what you want, go directly to View Cart and you can directly input the CVI part number. If the part number is not in the system, or the typing was incorrect, a "not found" message will be displayed and the item will not be added to your cart. Once you have a part in your basket, you can edit the quantity number by clicking on the  icon next to the item you wish to edit. The quantity will become editable. Once you change the quantity click on the  icon to update your cart. To delete an item, change the quantity to zero (0) and click on the icon. To cancel the change, click on the  icon. To generate a quote, select "Get Quote" at the bottom of the page. This will prompt you for information and provide a quote that is valid for 60 days. If you wish to save your shopping cart you must register with CVI. If you do not register, your shopping cart and wish list will not be saved.
